Healing with Spice!

Long before there were pharmaceutical antibiotics – developed in the 1940s, there were foods and herbs that helped guard against infection and disease on a daily basis.

Over the last several decades, over-use of antibiotics has reached an all-time high. For fatal diseases, it is fine to use antibiotics but for day to day diseases, one can go natural.

Next time you are feeling under the weather; reach for a natural antibiotic instead of a prescribed medication.

The natural antibiotic will not only be more effective but it will not destroy your digestive system or lower your natural immune system which is necessary to combat other infections and illnesses. Remember to listen to your body signals and don’t simply reach for a ‘pill’ to reduce your symptoms.
