Dr. Rashmi Karandikar, deputy commissioner of police (DCP), traffic, Thane will be visiting Parle Katta on Saturday 05 March 2016.she will be interviewed by Mrs. Chitra Wagh.She initiated the start of the Safe Journey mobile app as well as introduced smart ID cards for auto-rickshaw drivers.

Latest plans are to build an advanced traffic control room with the latest technology. That would help Traffic Department to manage the traffic in an effective manner.
