New Admission for Balvikas Kendra`s Ramabai Paranjape Balmandir (S.S.Board) English Medium Nursery.
The Admission forms for new admission for Balvikas Kendra`s Ramabai Paranjape Balmandir Nursery English Medium (S.S.C Board) Vile Parle and Andheri for the year 2021-2022 will be issued on 20th November, Friday and 21st November, Saturday between 9 am 4 pm for the children whose birthdate falls between 1st October 2017 & 31st December 2018.
Forms will be issued only on producing Original Birth Certificate & Photocopy of Original birth certificate only.
The parents must carefully read and fill the form with required documents (self-attestation) in the folder provided by school and drop it in the drop box on 23rd November, Monday between 9 am to 7 pm.
Necessary documents required at time of submission:
Birth Certificate is compulsory and Aadhar Card (if available)
Childs caste certificate (If applicable)
Ration Card or Electricity bill (As address proof)
Any Photo ID of both parents (Aadhar card or Pan card)
Latest passport size photo of child for admission form only.
Kindly Read and fill the form carefully
Form fee will be Rs 150/-
