Gruha Mahotsav 2025 Held Successfully – Explore It Online
The magnificent Gruha Mahotsav 2025, dedicated to fulfilling the dream of owning a home, was inaugurated on 12th April at 10:00 AM at Symphony Banquet Hall, Andheri. The event commenced under the esteemed presence of Chief Guest, Brihanmumbai Municipal Commissioner Bhushan Gagrani, along with other distinguished personalities such as MLA Parag Alwani from the Vile Parle constituency, Mr. Pranav Pathak of Venkatesh Buildcon, senior architect Mr. Jayant Vaidya, and CREDAI President Mr. Dominic Romell.

Other speakers briefly shared their thoughts, marking the conclusion of the stage program and transitioning into the interactive panel discussion.
The panel discussion featured prominent developers, including Pranav Pathak, Jayant Vaidya, Lalit Hirani, Pragnesh Patel, Krunal Bhuta, Purushottam Deshpande. They explored various topics around redevelopment and the real estate industry, providing valuable insights and addressing numerous queries from customers. Following this, Mumbai Bank hosted a presentation on “Self-Redevelopment,” further enriching the attendees with practical knowledge.
