Oliva – Relish Every Bite (Italian, Thai & Lebanese Cuisine)
During past few years Vile Parle has turned itself into a huge food court. There are many different restaurants with variety of cuisine. Oliva was opened in 2015. Over the period, it has become a famous place for continental cuisine. It is currently situated in the lane of educational hub on Ram Mandir Road that is packed, noisy and brimming and some 100 m away from Vile-Parle (East) railways station. I learn that they are shifting to a new location on the buzzing hanuman road. This new place is going to be much larger than the present one. This will help pizza lovers and continental food lovers to enjoy Oliva’s mouth watering cuisines in a much larger space. You can now plan for your birthday parties, kitty parties and meetings at this place, and also invite your friends, colleagues and families to the newer place. I am excited to check the place when it comes up and will keep you posted on that very soon.
Décor
Now the current place is little compact with one air-conditioned sitting and other outside in open air.
Food
Oliva is has marked it’s presence on the dineline of Vile Parle east with its quick bites and other continental delicacies. They serve wide varieties of dishes in Veg and non-veg from breakfast to desserts and from soups to tasty and eye pleasing Salads. Seafood Food salad is something new to try. Among variety of starters my personal favorite is pizza chicken pinwheels. This is a unique starter dish developed and perfected in-house recipe. They have Burger, toasts, and baked sandwiches. For sandwich lovers they must try all baked sandwiches once. They prepare their own sauces for pasta and seafood pasta contains prawns & Basa.
One can also customize the pasta with choice of sauce. Coming to pizza they make their own dough and bake to a perfect soft yet crunchy crust. I know secret of their pizza recipe.. the secret is they use fresh dough, lots of mozzarella cheese and fresh inhouse sauce and toppings, every time. Even the dough is prepared in 3 intervals of a day as required. Must try items are chicken fingers, Tandoori paneer pizza, chicken peri peri pizza, , Chicken Mexicana, Chicken pepperoni pizza, Veg Mexicana and many more . Chargrilled chicken is one of the famous food item here. In mains they serve Chicken, seafood in choice of sauce. Coming to Thai curry, yes they serve it with veggies, chicken or 
seafood food in choice of red or green sauce with brown or white rice. U also have option of add-ons of extra salami slices or chicken or basa fish.Last but no least they also serve refreshing mock tails, milk shakes and desserts. Raspberry and kiwi fizz is on high rated scale. Choco lava cake and chocolate mousse in dessert is like cherry on the cake. The hygiene is efficiently maintained very well.
My point
Open through the day. The staff is very cooperative. They only use fresh toppings. They have special everyday offers especially for student.. I bet! The food is worth the price. The environment is quite friendly. It’s a great place to hang out with friends or with family or with colleagues.
