GARLIC :

Since ancient times, Garlic  has been used worldwide not only as a food but also as medicine. Garlic has a wide range of bioactive compounds that help in regulating the immune system besides many other health benefits. ‘Allicin’ is the most biologically active compound in  garlic which makes garlic mother nature’s insecticide. To maximize the health benefits you should crush the garlic and allow it to sit for about 15 minutes. This triggers an enzyme reaction that activates allicin and other active ingredients in garlic

The medical properties of turmeric are due to the  compound ‘Curcumin’.It has several health benefits but unfortunately it is poorly absorbed by the body.
