PTVA Teacher’s Research Work Earns State Recognition
Dr. Vidnyapana Shreehari Gokarnakar, a teacher at Parle Tilak Vidyalaya English Medium School (Secondary Section), has achieved a remarkable academic milestone with the publication of her research book, Indian Theory of Paramānu (Vaiśeṣika System).
The book presents an in-depth study of the concept of Paramānu in Maharshi Kanāda’s Vaiśeṣika philosophy, drawing from the Vaiśeṣika Sūtra and twenty-seven traditional commentaries while offering comparisons with Buddhist, Nyāya, Āyurvedic and modern scientific perspectives.
Adding to this achievement, a lesson based on Dr. Gokarnakar’s research has been included in the Maharashtra State Board’s Standard X Sanskrit textbook, bringing pride to the school and the Vile Parle community.
The management, staff and students of Parle Tilak Vidyalaya congratulated her and wished her continued success in her academic pursuits.
